If you are already married to Australian permanent resident, the Australian citizen or you have eligibility for New Zealand citizen or you are in the relationship with one, you can easily obtain partner visa or spouse visa for Australian immigration.

An applicant must need to be sponsored by their actual partner who should have age above 18 years and should have sponsorship for a minimum duration of 2years.

Common requirements for Australian Spouse visas are:

•    An applicant sponsor must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

•    The applicant must be married or should be in a relationship with partner sponsoring for at least 1 year.  

•    A genuine and satisfactory proof of your relationship that signifies that your relation is real. It should also show that you are living together and have a strong relationship with mutual commitment. Temporary spouse visa

If you have applied for partner visa outside the Australia, then you need to remain outside while you receive the temporary partner visa. And, if you have applied for a visa while living there in Australia, you must live in Australia while you receive temporary partner visa.

Permanent spouse visa

If you have applied for a permanent visa while you are away from Australia, you can be in Australia or outside Australia while you receive your permanent spouse visa for Australia. And, if you have applied for the visa while staying there in Australia, you must be in Australia while receiving your permanent visa.
